Founder & Broker

Dylan Carty Owner / Licensed Real Estate Broker joined Realty Growth in April of 2012 as a real estate agent. Dylan grew up in small-town Minnesota with his family owning apartments. Dylan learned a lot working in the apartments with his father and developed his love for real estate at a young age. Dylan quickly developed in a name for himself as one of Rochester’s top Multifamily brokers. Dylan has brokered over 30m in apartment sales since his tenure with RGI. Dylan founded the Management side of our company in 2018 and alongside the rest of the team manages over 800 units of residential and commercial property across 2 states. Dylan is a member of the National Association of Realtors and a CCIM candidate. When Dylan is not working he enjoys anything outdoors! He enjoys time at the family cabin boating, swimming, and four-wheeling.

Property Manager & Administrative Assistant 

Bri was born and raised in Rochester and furthered her education in Winona. She has always had a passion for the real estate market which motivated her to make a career change that led her to join the RGI team in February of 2022. With a strong background in communications, customer service, and technology, she’s eager to utilize those skills in the Commercial Real Estate Market. Outside of work, she enjoys anything outdoors, spending time with her pets, family, and friends, and working on projects around her home.

Property Manager

Ryan Kortz grew up in Medford, Minnesota, a small town about 45 minutes away from Rochester. He attended Alexandria Technical College in Alexandria, Minnesota, and started his career in the field of new construction HVAC. Ryan began with RGI in August and has discovered during his tenure here that “the little things matter the most.” He enjoys the variety in his work, and communicating with all kinds of people throughout his work week. He’s a seasoned property management professional and routinely calls upon his trade industry background to assist him in his RGI undertakings. With years of hands-on experience, Ryan excels in enhancing property value and tenant satisfaction.

He is driven by a fervent commitment to excellence. Ryan is not just managing properties but curating living spaces that resonate with comfort and style. His unique blend of trade industry experience and personal touch ensures that every project goes beyond expectations, creating environments where tenants truly feel they’re at home.

Beyond the boardroom, Ryan finds joy in working on house projects, traveling with his wife Jo Lou, and cherishing life’s simple pleasures. A proud dog owner, Ryan spends quality time with his two furry companions, a German Shepherd mix and a Husky who add an extra layer of warmth and companionship to his life.

Office Administrator

Denise grew up in Rochester. Aside from one year spent living in Zumbrota, she has called the town home ever since. She graduated from Rochester’s Mayo High School and has pursued a variety of educational opportunities since, including becoming a Long-term Care Nursing Assistant and a Licensed Nail Technician. She recently graduated from Rochester Community & Technical College with her Administrative Office Professional diploma and is continuing on to get her Associate Degree, which she’s on track to complete in the spring of 2025.

She has two sons, one daughter, and a granddaughter she sees regularly. She enjoys her RGI work for its variety and outside of work is busy with her schoolwork. When she does get a break, she takes the opportunity to work on a puzzle. She adores her pup, a 9-year-old rescue who sleeps at Denise’s feet while she studies. Denise’s dream for the future is to move to Arizona to be near family and escape Minnesota winters.

Leasing Agent

Introducing Cassidy, a Monticello, Minnesota native who found her professional niche as a leasing agent. Armed with a background in Nursing and Marketing from Winona State University, Cassidy channels her passion for connecting with people into her role.

As a leasing agent, Cassidy thrives on the excitement of meeting new individuals, making each encounter an opportunity to build connections and create positive experiences. Beyond her academic achievements, Cassidy's ability to foster relationships reflects not only her professional competence but also her genuine love for engaging with others. Whether it's in the office or at a lively concert, Cassidy brings her outgoing and personable nature to every interaction, leaving a lasting impression on those she meets.
